Multi-service call-outs in Paradou

In Paradou, a breakdown can quickly disrupt life in a farmhouse, a village house or a holiday rental. Our multi-service offer lets you centralise your request with a single point of contact.

One point of contact for all your needs

A single property can face several problems at once, for example a pool to bring back into service, unstable Wi-Fi and cleaning to organise before an arrival. Alpilles Premium Services centralises the request, sets priorities and coordinates the work. When several jobs can be grouped together, we let you know so that managing the property is simpler.

Emergency call-out or regular maintenance

For an urgent request, we assess the situation, organise the appropriate call-out and keep you clearly informed of the next steps if the problem cannot be solved straight away. Recurring services, including cleaning, pool, air conditioning, garden and equipment, are organised according to the property's needs and the frequency you choose.

To find out which emergencies we handle and the steps of a request, see our page on emergency call-out requests in the Alpilles.

For owners on site or away

You do not need to be there for our team to step in. With your agreement and the necessary access details, we can coordinate the visit to the property, liaise with the occupants or your representative and send you a report. This is particularly useful for second homes and properties let during the season.

They trusted us in Paradou
