3. Definitions
Client: any natural or legal person requesting a service.
Intervention: travel to site, diagnosis, service restoration or security action, and, depending on the formula, resolution.
Quote: priced proposal for additional work, equipment replacement, or non-standard intervention.
4. Scope of Application
The T&C apply to any intervention request made via the website, by phone, or by email, and prevail over any other document from the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Services Offered
Alpilles Premium Services offers interventions related to:
- Plumbing and sanitation (leaks, unblocking, bad odors, etc.).
- Electricity.
- Swimming pool.
- Air conditioning.
- Wi-Fi.
- Express cleaning.
- Gardening.
- Pest control.
Some services may be performed by Alpilles Premium Services and, when necessary, by selected partner technicians, under the coordination of Alpilles Premium Services.
6. Intervention Request and Pre-qualification
The client describes the need, provides the intervention address, and supplies all useful information.
Alpilles Premium Services performs a pre-qualification and confirms acceptance based on availability, nature of the problem, site accessibility, and safety conditions.
The timelines announced on the site (response within 1 hour, intervention within 24 hours) constitute a service objective and not an absolute guarantee, particularly in case of force majeure, influx of requests, or access constraints.
7. Pricing
Unless otherwise quoted, the standard prices displayed on the site are as follows:
- Intervention + Resolution (diagnosis, intervention and resolution): €480 excl. tax.
A minimum call-out fee of €150 excl. tax is charged for on-site travel.
Prices are exclusive of tax. The applicable VAT is that in force on the invoicing day.
Additional fees may apply in the following cases, after informing the client:
- Intervention outside the usual area.
- Complex access or abnormally long intervention time not attributable to the service provider.
- Supplies, parts, consumables, equipment rental.
- Specific client request.
8. Quote and Additional Work
If the resolution requires equipment replacement, additional work, or an emergency intervention outside the standard framework, Alpilles Premium Services prepares a quote.
The quote specifies the scope, price, estimated timelines, and special conditions. Work only begins after acceptance of the quote by the client (written, email, or explicit validation).
9. On-Site Intervention Conditions
The client undertakes to:
- Guarantee access to the site at the agreed date and time.
- Provide useful information (location of shutoffs, technical rooms, incident history, instructions).
- Ensure a safe and compliant environment (no immediate danger, controlled animals, clear access).
- Confirm being authorized to request the intervention (owner, agent, manager, authorized tenant).
In case of access refusal, impossibility of intervention for safety reasons, or inaccurate information, the intervention may be rescheduled and billed according to the travel incurred.
10. Postponement, Cancellation, Absence
Any request for postponement or cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible.
If the technician travels and cannot intervene due to the client (absence, impossible access, refusal), Alpilles Premium Services reserves the right to invoice all or part of the intervention, at least the travel and mobilization costs.
11. Payment
Unless otherwise stated in the quote:
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
- Accepted payment methods are specified at the time of invoicing.
- For certain works, a deposit may be requested before starting.
Late payment: penalties may be applied in accordance with current regulations, as well as a flat-rate recovery fee when the client is a professional.
12. Right of Withdrawal
If the client is a consumer and the order is concluded remotely, they generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, in case of express request for urgent intervention before the end of this period, the client acknowledges that they may lose their right of withdrawal for the fully executed service, and remain liable for an amount proportional to what was performed if execution has begun.
13. Obligation of Means, Liability
Alpilles Premium Services is subject to an obligation of means: it implements reasonable diligence to diagnose and resolve the problem according to professional standards.
The liability of Alpilles Premium Services cannot be engaged in particular in case of:
- breakdown linked to obsolescence, a prior defect, non-compliance, or improper use;
- incomplete or erroneous information provided by the client;
- indirect damages (loss of operation, loss of enjoyment, financial loss related to a rental, etc.), except for gross negligence.
When the intervention leads to recommending a replacement or work, the client remains the decision-maker and responsible for their choices.
14. Insurance
Alpilles Premium Services declares being insured for activities within its scope. Partners intervening on site are required to have their professional insurance. A certificate can be provided upon reasonable request.
15. Assistance and Connection
Depending on the situation, Alpilles Premium Services may offer coordination assistance, including the mobilization of specialists. If a specific service is performed directly by a partner with separate billing, the partner's conditions may apply in addition, after informing the client.
16. Personal Data
Data collected through exchanges related to the intervention request are processed in accordance with the privacy policy accessible on the site.
17. Intellectual Property
The contents of the site are protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party may be held liable in case of non-performance due to an event of force majeure within the meaning of French case law (major weather, catastrophe, general strike, impossible access, etc.).
19. Complaints, Mediation, Disputes
Complaints: the client can address any request to contact@alpillespremiumservices.com specifying the intervention references.
Applicable law: French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action. Failing that, the competent courts will be seized according to applicable rules.
20. T&C Update
Alpilles Premium Services may modify the T&C. The applicable T&C are those in force on the day of the intervention request.
